Diamond Overall Water Based Primer is a good quality PVA based primer with excellent adhesion and sealing properties for a variety of surfaces.

Recommended use:

Diamond Overall Water Based Primer suitable for interior surfaces like cement render concrete, lime plaster, asbestos cement sheet and all other surfaces which require sealing against moisture.

Surface Preparation:

All loose material including loose plaster, cement splashes, old paint, dust, etc. must be thoroughly removed. New plaster/concrete must be fully cured.
