Description
Diamond Overall Wall Sealer is an oil-based primer with excellent penetrating and binding properties that provides better coverage to topcoats and protects and seal surfaces. It is recommended for interior use on masonry, plaster and concrete surfaces.

Surface Preparation:
All loose material including loose plaster, cement splashes, old paint, dust, etc. must be thoroughly removed. New plaster/concrete must be fully cured.
