Shipping policy

Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping only within Pakistan and only on orders of PKR 2000 and above. Orders placed from outside Pakistan will not be processed.

Shipping Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days.
• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 2000.
  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for everywhere in Pakistan.
• A confirmation call may be required before dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

Delivery Issues

• If the delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact our support team.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours for resolution.
